May the celebration of Passover be especially meaningful this year. May the cleansing blood of the Passover Lamb, as it is placed symbolically over our households, protect us from this very clear and present danger.

Exodus 12: 13-14 “I am GOD. The blood will serve as a sign on the houses where you live. When I see the blood I will pass over you—no disaster will touch you when I strike the land of Egypt. This will be a memorial day for you; you will celebrate it as a festival to GOD down through the generations, a fixed festival celebration to be observed always.”

1st Corinthians 5: 7-8 For Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the Festival, not with the old bread leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
