Here at The Contemplative Activist, we’re always looking for creative ways to describe our work in spiritual companionship (direction). Take a peek at this video from Uplift Connect and let us know how it touches you.
Keep in mind that with spiritual directors trained through Sustainable Faith, companionship is always offered in the context of our faith in Jesus of Nazareth. Being Christ-centered means that while we hold space open with each other, we fully expect the presence of God the Father, Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit to be there as well.
If we create space in which God can act and speak, something surprising will happen. Henri Nouwen
